So on the 29/01/2021 I placed an order on HyperX's website (UK). I was hyped and could not wait for my headset to be shipped to me. I waited patiently over the weekend for monday to come in hopes to receive a dispatch email however to my surprise no email had arrived. I was a little dissappointed but thought they must of had a backlog of orders from the weekend and did not get round to shipping mine.
I decided to pop them a quick email just to confirm where the item was coming from as due to brexit anything from outside the UK now comes with import charges. Anyway i received an email back around 2 days later to explain the item would be shipped from the UK this email also included an apology and the usual crap from companies (COVID-19 has slowed down some of our operations, and shipping/processing may take longer than normal.)
I thought no more of it and expected my order to get sent out the same day the email had been sent to me anyway fast forward to yesterday 09/02/2021 and I still had not received an dispatch email by this point I was extremenly frustrated and sent another email expressing my concerns highlighting the points below.
- Over 7 business days since the order had been placed
- Item still had not been shipped
- Left concerns that if for any reason the order was defective the process of getting a replacement was daunting
- Stated how the pandemic had been going on for over a year and the fact they had not put measures in place to have orders shipped within a reasonable time frame had made me disheartened on thier ability as a company
I also requested to be provided with a date this would be dispatched so I could decide whether to cancel my order and shop elsewhere or wait for the item to arrive.
Hours went by without a response email and i decided to browse online i found a reseller which was able to get my item to me next day delivery and made the decision to purchase this and cancel my original order.
I then reached out to hyperx again to state that i would now like to cancel my order as i had not heard back and have sourced the product from a reseller due to my item not being shipped. To my surpise I woke up today with an email telling me that they could not cancel my order as it had already been processed for shipping but they are unable to provide me with a tracking number.
To not cancel and order that has not been handed over to a courier or even booked into the courier online portal to produce the tracking number is appauling, They stated that if i did not want the order (Pretty sure I made it evidently clear I did not) that i should reject the delivery however that is not possible in the currently climate as all delivery drivers have to operate on contact free delivery which means they leave it on your door step and are in the van and driving away before you have even reached the door.
Alot you of may call me Karen or whatever for having this rant but quite frankly it feels like they have not shipped my order due to not having stock and now the stock has arrived are trying to force me to keep my order open even though i have ordered via reseller that is delivering the item to me today where as my order with HyperX directly has not even had a delivery label printed.
Sent broken keyboard.
Approved warranty but is making me pay for return shipping. Horrible customer service with overpriced junk. I learned my lesson and will never shop with them again.

I own two Kingston products, a HyperX Cloud 2 X headset and a SSD. both are amazing and very durable. The support sent me a replacement headset quite fast. Very satisfied with Kingston, cheap and great quality.
Purchased HyperX Quadcast through one of the retailers in Singapore. Great quality worth the purchase working great after over a year worth of daily usage.

Recently I've bought the Kingston HyperX Quadcast microphone - for which I am happy for, because of the good quality - from a Danish store called "Elgiganten". To my surprise, the mount adapter to attach the microphone to a boom arm with was missing. "Elgiganten" didn't want to help me with the product they sold to me, so I wrote a mail to HyperX telling them about my issue. Only a few days later they answered my mail, and actually shipped the tiny mount adapter to my adress!

This has to be one of the worst headsets I have used. It is the hyper x cloud mix. Man hyperx, you guys made this headset different. I wish I was able to refund these. First off, definitely don't use for any competitive games. You have no clue which direction they are coming from. And on the off chance you figure it out, you are already dead. And second off the amount of tech issues with this headset is unbelievable. It doesn't show up in playback, updated drivers, used the line in and out method in the back of the computer, and I've tried Bluetooth. I've tried troubleshooting on the windows settings, it says it's not even plugged in!!!! I also restarted my pc, looked up solutions, nothing has worked. Not one singular thing I have done has made me able to hear. Granted I got it working somehow for about 2-3 weeks but now I have been stuck for the past 3 days trying to figure out why it won't work again. It just randomly stopped working. I can't hear anyone, they can't hear me. It's terrible. I've tried literally everything. If someone has any tip what so ever, please let me know cause I am not trying to waste at least another $100 on headphone right this second. I gave this a 2 star just for the simple fact it worked for about 2-3 weeks. Thank you for reading, much love.

Always had a good experince with my hyperx products, and the few times i've had an issue, its been dealt with within days of me making the claim.
Just bought the flight S and its the best headset i've had.
Had an out of warranty headsets and they replaced it no problem! They even paid for my shipping.
I recently saw that my headset was broken so i mailed them and they just sent one to me for free with no nonsense just a good and straight service and good quality products.
Shocking customer service and misleading packaging. Bought the cloud ll headset as it says pro gaming virtual 7.1 compatible with xbox one ps4 pc and mobile yet there is no means to control volumes or mut mic that option is for usb sound card only. Not ps4 or xbox so how can tbis be a pro gaming headset if you cant controll volumes or mute the mic and cant get virtual 7.1 this is basically poor over priced chat mic that cant be muted
